护生在临床实践中存在的问题及对策

The problems of the students' nurses in the Clinical practice and its couter measures

目的:探讨临床带教中护生存在问题及采取的对策,以提高临床工作能力和带教老师的带教水平。方法:对159名护生临床带教发现存在如下问题:对护理专业认识不足,心理压力,主动性不足,缺乏主动思考,沟通技巧训练不足,带教老师自身因素等六个方面。针对问题提出应对对策,用以问题为基础的带教方法,遵守放手不放眼带教原则,解决和纠正护生存在的不足,促进带教老师加强自身建设。结果:带教老师指导护生临床实习无差错事故发生,无护理并发症,护生对老师带教满意。结论:护生提高了对护理的认识,工作主动性增加,临床工作能力逐步提高,老师带教水平提高。

Objectve To explore the prombles the problems of the students＂ nurses in the Clinical practice and its couter measures,to improve their of the clinical work and the ability of teaching teacher.Methods 159 students of nurses had following problems;inadeguate nursing knowledge ,stressful,passive,short of communication skills, inefficient teachers＇.We take the following coutermeasures;making students solute problems,problem-based teaching strict teaching regulations,promoting teacher＇s abilities.Results No allident happened during the students＂ nursing and students were satisfied with the teachers. Conclusions The students of nurses not only enhance the cognition of the nursing and increase the working activity and promote the clinical ability gradually,but also improve the quality the teachers.
