Survey Theory and Methodology of Technical Research on Evaluation of Resources of Human Settlement Environment

以可持续利用的人聚环境资源评价普查为基本目标，本文论述了实现这一目标的理论研究和技术应用的方法途径：寻求人聚环境资源的深层结构和各构成要素及其相互间作用关系规律；建立人聚环境资源的理论框架测何把遥感、GIS、计算机多媒体技术应用于人聚环境资源评价普查上海大都市环境绿化规划及有关工程中这一理论技术的实例研究。

This paper introduces an idea of doing research and applications of technique for the fundamental goal that to investigate and evaluate resources of human settlement environment for sustainable development. It tries to find deep structure of this kind of resources and regularity of various components so as to set up theoretical frame of evaluation system. Aided with computer science of remote sense and GIS, the author gives a case study on this application iu the planning project of environmental green space in Shanghai metropolis.
