肺表面活性蛋白A在肺部疾病中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肺表面活性物质是覆盖于肺泡上皮内侧的脂质-蛋白混合物,由Ⅱ型肺泡细胞合成和分泌,起减少肺泡张力、稳定肺泡形态的作用。二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine,DPPC)被认为是组成肺表面活性物质最主要的脂质成分,其磷脂含量高达90%,在肺泡表面形成一个气一液面。而发挥连接这些脂质以降低肺气一液面张力、维持肺表面活性物质更新和内稳态等作用的便是肺表面活性蛋白(surfactant protein,SP)。目前已发现的SP有4种,按发现先后命名为SP—A、SP—B、SP—C和SP—D。本文对SP—A的作用及其与肺部疾病关系的研究现状作一综述。
