摘要
目的探讨中药抗病毒胶囊治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的作用机理。方法采用豚鼠阴道接种HSV-2,造成初发生殖器疱疹模型,然后给予中药抗病毒胶囊及西药阿昔洛韦治疗,愈后用环磷酰胺腹腔注射加紫外线局部照射方法诱导复发性豚鼠生殖器疱疹模型,取脊髓神经节用透射电镜观察豚鼠模型各组织的超微结构变化及采用定量PCR测定神经节的潜伏病毒量。结果抗病毒胶囊能有效减轻组织超微结构的变化和减少神经节潜伏病毒量。结论中药抗病毒胶囊在复发性生殖器疱疹动物模型体内有阻止HSV-2对神经节的感染和破坏作用。
To study the therapeutic mechanism of the antivirus capsule against recurred genital herpes(RGH) . Methods We make the model of female guinea-pig genital herpes (GH) by inoculating HSV-2 in vagina, then treat the guinea-pig GH with the TCM anti-virus capsule and acyclovir respectively. 20 days later,we made the model of guinea-pig BGH by inducing them to recur throngh peritoneal injection of Cytoxan(CTX) and local irradiation of ultraviolet(UV), At the end,we observed the ultra micro-changes of the model tissues of dorsal ganglion through transmission electron microscope (TEM). HSV DNA from the spinal cord was detected by fluorescent-quantitative PCR. Results TCM Anti-virus capsule could inhibit HSV-2 impairing cell and organelles, reduced quality of virus in spinal cord. Conclusion Antivirus capsule can prevent HSV-2 from infecting and stop destroying ganglia in animal modle,
