系统性红斑狼疮伴发获得性全身皮肤松弛症

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Results Acquired Cutis Laxa

患者女,26岁。反复双手关节痛4年,风团样皮疹3年,皮肤皱纹增多、松弛1年。经查ANA,抗ds-DNA,24 h尿蛋白及皮损组织病理检查,诊断为系统性红斑狼疮;获得性全身皮肤松弛症。予糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等药物治疗后皮肤松弛明显改善。

A 26-year-old female patient presented with symmetric arthralgia of two hands for four years. Then wheal lesions on all over the body for three years. The diagnosis of systemic lupus erythemalosus and acquired cutis laxa was confirmed by clinical,histological and immunofluorescent evidences and detect ANA, anti-ds DNA,24 hours urine protein. The cutis laxa obvioucly approved after using prednisone and immunosuppressive agent.
