摘要
从理论上分析了CCD像元光电转换率不一致性产生的多种原因。提出了一种简易实用的方法对不一致性进行修正:用照度均匀的光照射CCD,测出每个像元上的光电转换信号大小,计算出像元间的差异,从而得到每个像元的修正系数。对实际CCD的测量值进行这样的修正后使得CCD各像元的光电转换率在表观上达到一致。实验结果表明:通过修正后可以有效地减少像元光电转换率的不一致性,误差均方根提高了一个数量级。
Some causes of CCD pixel non-uniformity are theoretically analyzed, An easy and practical method was proposed to correct the non-uniformity: a well-proportioned light shined on the CCD. The singles on every pixel are measured and thedifferences between these pixels are calculated, then the correct coefficient is gotten. Photo-electricity conversion ratio of CCD pixels will be apparently consistent. The result shows that the non-uniformity can be effectively reduced.
