膝关节后内侧角损伤诊治的新进展 被引量：5

摘要 膝关节后内侧角（posteriormedial comer，PMC）损伤为复合伤，常伴随前和（或）后十字韧带损伤。膝关节内侧损伤由于大多可通过保守治疗而痊愈，所以当合并其他韧带损伤时易被忽视，而影响治疗的整体效果，甚至导致膝关节慢性不稳。最近，国外通过生物力学和临床研究证实膝关节PMC对膝关节的稳定起重要作用。本文拟对膝关节PMC损伤的诊治进展进行综述。
