摘要 制备了可长期耐高温(800℃)的金属粉/侧活性聚甲基甲氧基硅氧烷树脂复合材料,并利用热重分析法(TG)研究了硅树脂及复合材料在800℃不同气氛的热重特性。结果表明,在800℃氩气中硅树脂的失重率为15.44%,复合材料的失重率为2.66%;在800℃空气中硅树脂的失重率为22.97%,复合材料呈现氧化增重现象,金属粉的加入对硅树脂的失重有明显的阻滞作用。此外求取了热重反应的动力学参数,探讨了反应机理,结果表明该反应符合一级反应模型。 A novel metal powder reinforced polymethylmethoxylsiloxane resin was prepared and it can resisted hightemperature (800℃) in the long-term. And thermogravimetric characteristics of polymethylmethoxylsioxane resin and composite was studied by TG at 800℃, argon and air respectively. The results showed that the weightlessness percentage of siloxane resin was 15.44% at 800℃ and argon atmosphere; comparatively, the weightlessness percentage of composite was only 2. 66%. At 800℃ and air atmosphere, the weightlessness percentage of siloxane resin was 22. 97%; in contrast, the composite achieved the continuous weight gain. the weightlessness of polymethylmethoxylsioxane was blocked obviously by the addition of metal powder. In addition, the kinetics parameters of thermolysis of metal powder / polymethylmethoxylsioxane were evaluated and the mechanicsm of thermolysis was discussed, The results showed that the weightlessness of composite accords with the model of first order reaction.
