摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷为核单体,双酚酸甲酯为AB2型单体,采用熔融缩聚的方法合成了具有芳香型结构的超支化聚酯。使用IR、黏度、化学滴定、热重分析等方法进行了表征。结果表明,合成芳香族超支化聚酯为多端羟基的类球型聚酯,具有较好的流动性和热稳定性,可作为加工助剂用于改善体系加工性能。
Aromati hyperbranched polyester (HBP) was synthesized by methyl 4,4-bis(4'-hydroxyphenyl) pentanoate as AB2 monomer and trimethylolpropane as core. Those polyester was characterized by IR, viscosity instrument, chemical titration and thermal stability. The result showed that, the product was a kind of polyhydroxy polyester and it had perfect liquidity. It can be used as processing aids to ameliorate the liquidity of other system.
