摘要
用原位聚合法制备环氧酚醛树脂母料,进而通过模压成型方法制备树脂基钕铁硼(NdFeB)磁性复合材料。用红外光谱分析了环氧酚醛/NdFeB母料的结构,分析了原位聚合树脂的接枝机理。通过SEM研究了试样的缺口冲击断面形貌,对样品的表面形貌进行了分析。并用对比方法分析了复合型树脂的优点所在。
NdFeB resin magnetic-composites were prepared from the epoxy-phenolic resin masterbatch by mould pressing, which had been synthesized in the way of situ polymerization beforehand.
