聚氨酯/有机刚性微球复合材料的制备和表征 被引量:3

摘要 采用乳液聚合的方法合成了表面富含羧基的核壳结构有机刚性微球,并以有机刚性微球、聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇(PEA,M=1510)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、扩链剂(MOCA)为原料,采用预聚法制备出新型聚氨酯/有机刚性微球复合材料并对其性能进行了表征。结果表明:有机刚性微球的添加量为1%-3%时,复合材料的力学性能最佳,耐溶剂性有所下降。 Rigid organic microspheres with carboxyl groups were synthesized through emulsion polymerization. The novel composite of polyurethane/rigid organic were prepared with the rigid organic microspheres, PEA , TDI and MOCA by prepolymerization. The results showed that the mechanical properties of composites were best when the content of rigid organic microspheres was 1% -3% and the solvent resistance was worse than pure PU.
