摘要 介绍了凸轮轴液力连接原理,采用低碳钢轴管、中碳钢凸轮和轴颈,试制了某6缸柴油用凸轮轴,并对样件进行了连接结构静态扭转强度和疲劳强度测试。试验结果表明所制造的组合式空心凸轮轴能满足该柴油机的使用性能要求。 The principle of hydro-joining was introduced in the paper. By using the low carbon steel tube, medium carbon steel cams and journal rings, an assembled hollow camshaft for a 6-cylinder diesel engine was developed. In addition, the measurement of static torque resistance and fatigue strength between the tube and cam lobes were presented to verify the camshaft performance. It is shown that the assembled hollow camshaft manufactured by hydro-joining satisfies the demands of service performance.
