Considerations on quality supervision of water product

随着市场经济体制改革和行政许可法等法律法规的出台,水利行业对水利产品质量监督管理工作提出了新的更高的要求。目前还存在着质量认识不到位、缺乏公正权威的水利产品质量评价等诸多问题,必须将水利产品质量监督管理工作引入法制化轨道,构建水利产品质量监督管理工作业务框架,建立水利产品质量评价体系,引导企业自觉提高产品质量。

Quality supervision of water products is essential for the safety of water project operation and people＇s lives and properties. Along with the implementation of market economy and policies of administrative licenses, new requirement is made to supervision and management of quality of water products. At present, we lack awareness for quality improvement of water product as well as fair and authorized quality assessment of water products. It is necessary to strengthen legislation and set up assessment system for quality management of water product and name the famous brands, so as to encourage companies improving quality of their products.
