摘要
现场监管作为采砂管理工作的末端环节,无论从形式意义还是实质意义上都占据重要的位置。其中,采量的控制和认定是现场监管的重点和难点。结合长江工程类采砂现场监管的实践,对加强采量的控制提出了一些思路和措施。
On-site supervision is the final process of sand excavation management with great importance. Quality control and approval are the key and difficult points for on-site supervision. Combing with the practice of sand excavation supervision in the Yangtze River Basin, measures for quantity control of sand excavation are put forward.
