Application of new Functional Materials in Manufacturing System of Special Shaped Holes of Piston

介绍了应用新型功能材料控制刀具变形的设计思想，分析了基于超磁致伸缩材料控制刀位变化的实际试验结果，给出了系统的软硬件设计模块。本系统已成功应用于一实际制造系统中。

It is a design idea to control deformation of cutting tool by using new functional material. An analysis is made on the experimental results of tool position control based on super magnetostrictive material. The design modulars for both software and hardware of the manufacturing system are suggested. The system is successfufly used in practical manufacturing.
