摘要
从矿井生产集中化的观点出发,总结了前人对集中化生产单个指标的研究,充分考虑了时间、空间上的集中,提出了衡量矿井生产集中化程度的指标:吨煤成本、运输集中化和回采工作集中化等三个指标。以该三项指标为目标函数,建立了矿井集中化生产的多目标数学模型及其计算通式。运用多目标规划中的层次优化宽容法,定出矿井开采系统的技术方案及其最佳参数,并且,利用最大——最小法得出了衡量矿井生产集中化程度的判别式。
Viewing from the centralization in mining,the writer presents the criteria used to appraise the extent of centralization in mining production,i.e.the total production cost per ton of coal,transportation centralization criterion between the mine and districts,working centra- lization criterion distrcts and faces,Using the three criteria as the objective function,the writer establishes a multi-objective programming model and gives its algorithm.In order to realize profitable production centralization in mining,some technical schemes and the corresponding optimal parameters in mining system are determined by means of opti- mization methods of multi-objective programming.And a judging formula used for appraising the extent of mining production centralization is obtained by means of“Max.-Min.”method.
