代谢能和可消化赖氨酸水平及互作效应对樱桃谷肉鸭生产性能和胴体指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 选用1日龄公母混合樱桃谷肉仔鸭2400只,随机分为4个组,每组设6个重复,每个重复100只鸭。试验采用2×2试验设计,研究了不同代谢能(ME)和可消化赖氨酸(DLys)水平及互作效应对樱桃谷肉鸭生产性能和胴体指标的影响。结果表明,1~19日龄,代谢能水平对料肉比影响显著(P<0.05),可消化赖氨酸水平对料肉比、日增重和19日龄体重影响显著(P<0.05);20~32日龄,可消化赖氨酸水平对32日龄体重影响显著(P<0.05);33~45日龄,代谢能和可消化赖氨酸水平对生产性能影响不显著(P>0.05);交互作用对生产性能影响不显著(P>0.05);代谢能和可消化赖氨酸水平以及交互作用对肉鸭胴体指标影响不显著(P>0.05)。 The experiment was designed to investigate the effects of metabolizable energy and digestible lysine levels on growth performance and carcass characteristic of duck.2400 1-day-old cherry valley ducks were randomly assigned to 4 treatment groups (100 birds per treatment), the experiment was a 2×2 factorial experiment design.The experiment demonstrated that from 1 to 19 days of age,metabolizable energy levels had significant effects on feed:gain(P 〈 0.05),digestible lysine levels had significant effects on feed:gain,average daily gain and 19 d body weight (P 〈 O.05).From 20 to 32 days of age, digestible lysine levels had significant effects on 32 d body weight (P 〈 0.05 ).From 33 to 45 days of age, the effects on growth performance of metabolizable energy and digestible lysine was no difference (P 〉 0.05).The interaction of metabolizable energy and digestible lysine had not significant influence on growth performance and carcass characteristic(P 〉 0.05 ).
