PROSPECT AND DEVELOPMENT OF PIPE ROLLING TECHNOLOGY

随着限动芯律连续轧管管径的增大，不均匀变形和轧制速度差增大，易导致用管拉裂，为此提出用6辊式限动芯棒连轧管机予以解决，并提出轧管生产和有关圆坯连铸、热处理和石油套管生产领域内存在的问题及解决办法。

With the increasing of pipe diameter rolled by MPM, the non-uniformdeformation and difference of rolling speed on roll pass are increased too. Then formed creak on the surface of pipe.It suggests to solve the problem by using six-high MPM. It also points out the problems existing in pipe hot rolling and in the scope of the production of round billet continuous casting, heat treatment and casing production and the solving methods.
