摘要
针对神府煤变质程度和灰熔点较低的特点,采取优化级配、配煤技术、开发高效添加剂、热力改性技术和防结渣技术等措施,可制备出浓度≥65%,表观粘度(25℃,100s-1)≤1000mPa.s,稳定性≥15d、灰熔点(ST)≥1250℃的高质量水煤浆。
In view of Shenfu Coal's lower rank of coalification and ash fusion temperature,measures taken for slurry preparation such as optimal particle size distribution,coal blending,efficient additive developed,thermal conversion of surface property and anti-slagging technique;high quality slurry prepared with following specifications: solid content ≥65%,apparent viscosity(25℃,100s-1)≤1000mPaos,stability ≥15d,ash fusion temperature(ST)≥1250℃
