工业窑炉喷补料研制及喷补技术的应用

摘要 介绍了工业窑炉内村喷补料及喷补工艺的研究及实践,充分证明LG-01喷科料具有烧后线变化小、粘结强度高、反弹率低、热震稳定性好等特点。通过模拟试验所制定的供炉曲线和喷补工艺参数完全符合喷补需要。喷补料和喷补技术的有效配合,取得了显著的效果,既节约工时和经费,又可延长工业窑炉寿命(6~8)个月。 Through the research and practice of the gunned refractory of an industrial furnace lining and spray repair technology, it is fully proven that the prepared LGJ- 01 gunned refractory has the characteristics of little linear change, good binding properties, lower rebounding rate and excellent heat shock stability. The baking curve line and spray repair technologicaI parameters worked out through simulated tests fully fit with the needs of spray repair. The effective matching of gunned refractory and spray repair technologies brings notable results. This kind of spray repair not only saves time and cost, but also extends the life-span of industrial furnaces by six to eight months.
