最近中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步加强西部地区人才队伍建设意见》的文件,进一步强调了西部地区人才队伍建设的重要性。本文在分析民族地区旅游业人才建设现状的基础上,提出要科学制定适合民族地区旅游人才建设的战略规划、提高旅游人才队伍素质和能力、建立考核制度和激励机制、建立防止人才流失机制等解决措施,对进一步加强我国民族地区旅游人才队伍建设有一定的指导意义。

Opinions on Further Strengthening Talents Construction in Western Areas released by the General Office of CCCPC and the General Affairs Office of the State Council, emphasizes the importance of talents construction in western area. By analyzing the situation of tourist talents construction in minority areas, the article suggests that strategic program of constructing tourist talents should be made to suit minority areas, capacity of tourist talent be improved, and examining and reward system as well as systems preventing talent drain be established, all of which have guiding significance of strengthening construction of tourist talents in minority areas.
