They think that income distribution is free of personal influence, and ignore that person play an important role in the distribution. This paper attempts to analyze the personal choice of initial income distribution and re - distribution effects from the personal information of the imbalance, the demand preference, risk preferences and decision - making after the formation of the diffusion effect.
