摘要
本文分析了火炬气回收装置3万立方米螺旋导轨湿式气柜的腐蚀原因,提出了气柜防腐蚀措施,包括涂料防腐、牺牲阳极保护、水质处理等综合腐蚀治理措施。经过6年使用,证明具有明显的防腐蚀效果。
The reasons of corrosion in wet gas holder in recovery unit for flare gas were discussed in this article. Several measurements for corrosion control were introduced. And the effect of corrosion control was proved to be effective by six years experience.
