以仓储、工业为主的城市历史地段保护与再利用规划探讨

DISCUSSION ON CONSERVATION AND REUSE PLANNING OF URBAN HISTORIC QUARTERS WITH WAREHOUSES AND FACTORIES

仓库、工厂搬迁后的城市历史地段在保护与再利用工作中存在许多问题,导致地段的原始特色逐渐消失。通过研究,提出要延续地段特色不能采取简单保留仓储、工业建筑的方式,而是要分析、提取、保留构成该地段的特色元素,在尊重其固有城市肌理的前提下,对地段历史地形特点进行梳理,使其再生。同时指出,在保护与再利用过程中,城市规划设计与规划管理方面应注意的问题。

There are many problems on conservation and reuse of historic quarters after moving out the warehouses and factores,which lead to the loss of original features of the site.By studying,it is analyzed summarized and conserved the typical elements of quarters rather than conserve the historic buildings of warehouses and factores only in order to continue the features of the site.On the basis of respecting the texture of the city,reorganize the trait of history and terrain is to be reorganized and the historic quarters revive.In the process,some aspects of design and managing of the city should be considered carefully.
