摘要 简要分析了基层食品安全监管工作存在的主要问题,提出了建立责任明确、机构健全的食品安全组织领导体系;建立健全食品安全监管网络;建立完整统一的食品安全标准和检验检测体系;建立统一的食品安全信息网络体系;进一步推进食品安全信用体系建设;完善食品安全法律体系等一系列构建食品安全保障体系的措施,旨在达到提高食品安全监管效率和效能,保障人民饮食安全的目的。 Based on the investigation and research of local food security supervision in area of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, this disquisition expatiated the main problems which consist in the infrastructure of food security system and analyzed the reasons and how they occurred. According to the supervision practice of food security, we put forward to establish food security leader system responsibility clearly definitude and perfect orgnazition, establish consummate food security supervising and managing network, establish integrative unification food security standard and inspecting system, establish unified food security information network system, further develop food security credit system construction, and perfect the measure of food security legal framework and so on. It indicates the propositional countermeasure of supervision, so as to improve the supervisory efficiency of food and drug administration and achieve the protection purpose of people's food security.
