摘要
改进青霉素V钾片的含量测定方法。色谱柱:Phenomenex C18(2);流动相:乙腈-0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺(40:60:0.1),用冰醋酸调pH值至4.0;检测波长:268nm。线性范围:2.480～39.65μg,r=1.0000;平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.50%。本法简便、快速、准确。
To improve the method for determination of Phenoxymethylpenicillin Potassium Tablets. A Phenomenex C18（2）column was used with Acetonitrile-0.05mol·L^-1 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution - Triethylamine （40 ： 60 ： 0. 1 , adjusted to pH4.0 with Acetic acid） as the mobile phase, and detection wavelength was 268nm. The calibration range was 2. 480-39.65μg, r= 1. 0000. The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD=0.41%. The mothod is handy, rapid and accurate.
