摘要
建立氨咖黄敏胶囊中胆红素的含量测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长453nm。胆红素在1.352～13.52μg.mL-1范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.24%(RSD=0.35%)。本法操作简便,结果准确。
A method of determination of bilirubin in Ankahuangmin Capsules by UV spectrophotometry was established. Bilirubin in Ankahuangmin Capsules was assayed by UV spectrophotometry . The detection wavelength was 453nm. The linear range of bilirubin was 1. 352-13. 52μg·mL^-1 （r=0. 9999）. The average recovery （n=6） was 99. 24% （RSD=0.35%）. The method is convent and accurate.
