水泥回转窑处理废弃化学试剂的实验 被引量:2

摘要 实验室或生产中产生的废弃化学试剂是一类危险废物,必须进行特殊处理,用水泥回转窑处置是一种值得推广的方法。通过将实验室常用的8类化学试剂在回转窑实验,表明水泥掺加化学试剂后,水泥熟料xrd图谱相似,主要矿物相没有发生改变;对水泥的7、28d抗压强度的影响较小,熟料试样在其水化28d时各重金属的浸出量都很低,符合国家标准。因此利用水泥回转窑处理废弃化学试剂方法可行,对环境不具危害作用。 Waste chemical reagents are hazardous to be treated.The cement kiln is a better way.The experiment study show that the samples of eight chemical reagents in the kiln have the same Xrd spectrum,which shows that the cement structure has not changed,which has less effect on 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of cement, which meet the national standard.Analyzing the solutions by leaching the mixed sample for 28 d hydration show that the heave elements in the solution are lower than the toxic level standard of leaching industry waste solid.Therefore using kiln to treat waste chemical agent is possible and produced cement meet the common use and environmental quality.
