摘要
研究了加工齿厚不一致、且要求粮确保证报征的齿轮括齿刀的设计问题，介绍了设计的基本方法及保证齿轮根径的具体措施，给出了插齿刀的结构简图和几何参数。
The design of the gear shaper cutter for machining the gear with unidentical tooth thickness and precision tooth root radius is studied. The basic method of the design and ways to guaranty the radius of the tooth root are introduced.
