摘要
叙述了热轧钢材组织和性能预测技术的国内外的发展情况。总结了我国近年在该领域取得的重要进展和存在的问题,指出这项技术的发展重点是:与自动化学科结合,实现组织性能的在线优化和控制;以组织性能预测成果为手段,开发新型的引领未来的钢铁材料;以组织性能预测与控制技术为基础,在炼钢—连铸—热轧生产流程中实现柔性轧制。
The development of prediction of microstructure and properties of hot rolled steel products is described. The progress and the existing problems in this area are summarized. The key points to develop this technology are 1) to combine it with automation of rolling process to realize on line optimization and control of the parameters; 2) to develop new steels oriented to future requirements by means of this technique; 3) to perform the flexible rolling in the steel making-continuous casting-hot rolling route.
