炉缸工作状态对高炉生产有重要影响。炉缸工作状态活跃与否主要受焦炭的填充状况及液态渣铁流动性的影响。焦炭的填充状态决定炉缸内的"透液通道",渣铁的流动性影响渣铁流入和排出炉缸的顺畅程度。高风氧量操作下,随富氧率增加,渣铁流入和排出阻力系数减小。以流入和排出阻力系数为基础,结合生产数据,提出了"炉缸活跃性指数"新概念,并能较好地评价和判断炉缸状态。
The working status of hearth has important effects upon the operation of blast furnace. Two main control factors of activity of the hearth are inner packed structure of coke and fluidity of slag and hot metal. The structure of packed coke determines the number and distribution of the channels for permeating liquid in high temperature zone, and fluidity of slag and hot metal is mainly influenced by their own physico-chemical properties and temperature. The flowing resistance of hot metal and slag to large extent affects the hot metal and slag flowrate flowing in and from the hearth. The flowing resistance coefficient of slag and hot metal decreases, with the increase of oxygen enrichment rate. On basis of flowing resistance coefficient and production data, the activity index of hearth is presented which can better evaluate and judge the hearth working states.
