摘要
以唐山国丰1450热连轧机精轧机组为研究对象,提出了一种轴向移动可变辊缝凸度并可变辊缝形状的轧辊辊型和与其相配合的支承辊辊型的最优辊型设计方法,经生产考核,达到了带钢出口厚度1.2-2.5 mm,平直度偏差±18 I.U的技术指标,取得带钢平直度控制的良好效果。
OSRT (Optimized Shaped Roll Technology) is based on two Chinese patents, one is VCSW, another is VCSB. This technique is used successfully on finish stands of Tangshan Guofeng 1450 hot strip mill. The products meet 18 I. U. qualification of strip flatness with strip thickness in the range of 1.2-2.5 mm.
