摘要 网络化的测控系统是仪器领域发展的一个重要方向;讨论基于B/S模型的网络测控系统,并对其嵌入式Linux下的串口通信和网络通信以及CGI等关键技术深入分析,完成了单片机采集系统的软硬件系统设计和基于嵌入式Linux的网络测控功能;通过建立以上嵌入式数据采集和测控系统,实现对远程的工业现场数据进行采集和控制;对多种传感器和多个数据采集模块的现场数据监测结果表明,该系统能实现远程的网络测控,为工业现场控制系统提供一种新的测控解决方案。 The measuring and controlling system based on Web is an important development tendency in the instrument field. An embedded measurement and control system based on B/S model are introduced, the key techniques under embedded Linux including serial communication, network communication and CGI (Common Gateway Interface) are analyzed. The design of the software and hardware of sampling system based on embedded Linux with singlechip is accomplished for measuring and controlling based on web. And the sampling, measuring and controlling of the data in telnet industrial field are realized with the establishment of the embedded system. The result of monitoring shows that the system can realize measurement of the data of telnet industrial field,providing a new settlement for the industrial field.
