摘要
针对目前我国微生物检测设备的落后现状,使用现代电子技术开发了一种新型全数字化细胞阻抗传感器系统;该传感器使用了数字频率合成、数字锁相放大和MATLAB与VC混合编程等多种数字处理技术,提高了设备的测量精度,缩短了测量时间;最后,利用该传感器进行了成人真皮纤维原细胞培养液的电阻抗测量,获得了细胞阻抗与频率、细胞阻抗与时间的对应关系;实验数据结果表明,该传感器运行稳定可靠,测量精度高,抗噪声能力强,具有一定的实用性。
In allusion to the actuality of microorganism measurement equipment of our country, a full--digital electric-substrate impedance sensor is developed with modern electronic technique. We increase the precision of equipment and reduce measurement time by using many kinds of digital signals processing technology , such as direct digital synthesis, digital lock--in amplifier and mixed programming methods. The measurement of impedance of human dermal fibroblasts--adult is realized with this sensor and get the relation between cell impedance and frequency , cell impedance and time. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical.
