子宫内膜异位症:一种自身免疫病 被引量：3

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)作为妇科常见病,发病机制目前仍不清楚,但有关其发病机制的免疫学说一直备受关注,免疫因素在子宫内膜细胞于腹腔中存活、黏附、种植、侵袭并发展为EMs的过程中发挥着重要的作用。近年大量研究表明,EMs与自身免疫病(AID)具有共同的特征。综述该病复杂发病机制,重点强调细胞免疫和体液免疫异常在该病的发生、发展和维持中的作用及其与AID的共同特征,为EMs的免疫诊治提供可能的新思路。
