Emphasizing quality-oriented experimental teaching, this article proposed the idea of ＂ strengthening foundation, stressing quality, developing personalities, pursuing innovation＂ to educate students. The university reforms the system of experimental courses, and constructs the experimental teaching center, and innovates the functioning mechanism. It also devotes itself to improving the students＇comprehensive qualities and creativities in order to cultivate creative talents.
