人字齿轮齿面应力的接触元分析 被引量:7

摘要 采用接触有限元方法进行了接触仿真,分析研究了齿轮啮合计算中的相关问题。建立了一对舰用人字齿轮接触仿真分析模型,并将计算结果与赫兹理论比较,说明了接触单元在齿轮接触应力分析上的精确性、有效性和可靠性。同时也分析计算了摩擦力和接触控制参数对接触应力的影响,得出了一些有参考价值的结论,为齿轮接触的分析提供了一种快速、准确和可靠的方法。 By adopting the contacting finite element method to carrying out the contacting simulation and the correlated problems in the meshing calculation of gear was studied analytically. The contacting simulative analytical model of a pair of herringbone gear used in warship was established, and let the result of calculation be compared with Hertz theory, therefore explained the accuracy, effectiveness and reliability of the contacting element on gear contactstress analysis. At the same time, the influence of frictional force and of contact controlling parameters on the contacting stress was analytically calculated as well, thus obtained some conclusions with referential values and provided a kind of rapid, accurate and relia- ble method for the analysis of gear contact.
