摘要
根据表面粗糙度微观不平度十点高度最小二乘检验的基本原理和新一代GPS(Geom e trical Product Spec ifica-tion)标准的不确定度理论,提出了一种微观不平度十点高度测量的不确定度计算方法,从而保证了微观不平度十点高度测量结果的完整性和有效性。实验结果表明,微观不平度十点高度的测量结果及其不确定度可以依据ISO 14253-1给出的判定原则,定量地对表面粗糙度进行评定。
In accordance with the basic principle of the least square inspection on the ten point height of microcosmic unflatness of surface roughness and the theory of uncertainty degree of new generational Geometrical Product Specification (GPS) standard, a kind of calculation method on uncertainty degree of the ten point height measurement of microcdsmic unflatness was proposed, thus ensured the integrality and effectiveness of the measured result on ten point height of microcosmic unflatness. The experimental result showed that the measured result of ten point height of microcosmic unflatness and its uncertainty degree can be evaluated quantitatively on the surface roughness according to the judging principle presented by ISO 14253-1.
