摘要
针对双工位半自动磁极螺钉紧丝机设计中几个关键技术问题进行了分析,并提出了解决方案。这些问题包括:双工位夹具设计、浮动改锥装置设计、"锥头划窝"现象的解决方案、"摆动缸冲击效应"改进设计、摆动缸的误动作解决方案。应用这些技术方案取得了良好的效果。
Aimed at several key problems of technology, in the design of double service positioned semiautomatic magnetic pole screw tightener an analysis was carried out in this paper and the solving scheme was advanced. These problems include: design of double service positioned fixture, design of floating screw driver device. solving scheme of "screw driver end ehamtbring" phenomena, improvement design of "impact effect of swinging cylinder" and solving scheme for mistaken-action of swinging cylinder. Good effects were obtained by applying these technological schemes.
