摘要
以双摆线钢球减速器设计中的核心部分——摆线槽的设计及数控加工为主线,对这一新型减速器摆线槽的形状、滚动体的排列方式,以及数控加工方法进行了分析,得出相应的结论,对新型减速器摆线槽的形状设计及加工具有一定的参考价值。
This paper takes the hard core in the design of double-cycloidal steel ball reducer--the design and numerical controlled machining as the main thread, the analyses has been carried out on the shape of cycloidal slot of the new typed reducer, the arrangement mode of rolling body and the method of numerical controlled machining. The corresponding conclusion was obtained, which provides certain referential value on the shape design and machining of the cycloidal slot of the new typed reducer.
