摘要
依据灌区信息管理系统的建设目标和任务,简要叙述了基于实时数据库建设的灌区信息管理系统的基本结构和系统设计内容,详细分析了信息采集、数据库管理、输配水管理、水费征收、电子政务及公众服务等子系统的建设情况,阐述了实时数据库在灌区信息管理中的重要作用。
On the basis of construction objects and tasks of the irrigation area information management system, basic structure and design contents of the system from real-time database are briefly described. Then the author gives a detail analysis on subsystems of information acquisition, database management, water delivery and distribution, water fee levy and public services. The important role of real-time database in irrigation area information management is also expanded.
