潘家口水库闸门自动监控系统常见故障及解决办法

Common Malfunctions and Maintenance Countermeasures for Automatic Monitoring System of Gate in Panjiakou Reservoir

为提高潘家口水利枢纽的现代科学管理水平,对大坝闸门进行自动化管理,安装了潘家口闸门自动监控系统(以下简称系统)。详细分析了系统在运行过程中出现的润滑水系统、手动柜部分、电缆、病毒、网络通信等10个方面的故障现场表现、原因及其检修方法,供运行维护人员参考,保证系统的正常使用。系统虽然存在一些故障,但几年来整个系统运行稳定可靠,大大提高了整个水库管理局的自动化管理水平。

Automatic system of gate in Panjiakou reservoir was set up to improve modernization management level of the key water control project so as to make automatic management of dam gates. In this article, a detailed analysis is made on common malfunctions, reasons and examination ＆ repair methods for its lubricating system, manual control unit, cable, virus, network communication during operation which may be available for reference to operator and maintenance personnel to ensure normal running of the system. Although the system still exists some malfunctions, it＇s stable and reliable operation of several years has greatly improved the automaization management level of whole reservoir administration bureau.
