摘要
EKL型水文缆道,集水文绞车控制、铅鱼位置显示、测点流速计算于一体,具有很高的自动化程度。在操作中缆道综合控制台出现了一些故障,为发挥EKL型水文缆道的优势,结合广东省横山水文站使用的水文站缆道综合控制台,详细分析了铅鱼运行控制系统、缆道测距定位仪、测速测算仪及缆道信号系统故障检查和维修情况,并提出一些使用中的体会和合理的建议。
EKL type hydrometric cableway control unit, which has the functions of controlling hydrometric winch, displaying streamlined weight position, calculating velocity of measuring points, is of high automaization level. During its operation, some malfunctions occur. In order to make the most of advantages of the control unit, the paper gives a detailed analysis on malfunction examination and maintenance situation for the streamlined weight running control system, hydrometric cableway distance measuring position indicator, velocity measuring ＆ calculating instrument, and cableway signal system. Finally, experiences for application and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
