Prevention and treatment of complications after hepatolobectomy

目的探讨肝切除术常见并发症的防治方法。方法对我院1999年1月～2005年4月间行肝切除术218例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组死亡1例,为肝右叶肝癌病人。术中出血、术后出血、肝功能衰竭、胆瘘、膈下积液与感染、胸腔积液和上消化道出血的发生率分别为1.38%、0.92%、0.92%、1.83%、1.38%、8.26%和1.38%。结论严格掌握手术适应证、熟练及细致的手术操作、合理的围手术期处理可有效降低肝切除术并发症的发生率。

To explore the prevention and treatment ot common compllcatlons alter hepatolobectomy. Methods The data of 218 cases subject to hepatolobeetomy;.n our department from Jan. 1999 to Apr. 2005 were analyzed and summarized. Results The rate of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative bleeding, hepatic failure, bile leakage, residual fluid under the diaphragm, pleural effussion and upper gastrointestinal bleeding was respectively 1.38%, 0. 92%, 0. 92% , 1.83%, 1.38%, 8.26% and 1.38%. Conclusion The complications can be effectively decreased after hepatolobectomy by strict control of the indications, excellent surgical skills and careful performance, reasonable management during operation.
