结肠直肠癌根治术后胃瘫10例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 10 patients with postoperative gastroparesis syndrome after radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的探讨结肠直肠癌根治术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)的治疗和预防方法。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月～2007年3月间10例PGS的临床资料。结果所有病例均在保守治疗后4周内恢复正常。结论加强围手术期营养支持治疗并控制血糖、减少术后镇痛时间有助于降低PGS的发生率。

To explore the treatment and prevention of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome（PGS）after radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods The data of 10 cases of PGS were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were cured in 4 weeks by conservative treatment. Conclusion It is helpful for the decrease of incidence of trolled glycemia and shortening time of postoperative PGS by enhancing nutritional support with con analgesia.
