摘要
分析了PA6切片萃取过程中萃取水温度、萃取浴比、搅拌等对萃取效果的影响,进行了荤取动力学模拟。结果表明:萃取温度是影响萃取效果的主要因素,搅拌对萃取效果的影响不大。动力学参数随着萃取温度的升高而增加;参数值越大,可萃取物的浓度也越大,平衡线斜率随温度呈指数增加。PA6萃取动力学模拟公式和实验数据拟合性好,可通过萃取动力学实验为工业萃取塔的设计提供理论依据。
The effects of extraction water temperature, extraction bath ratio and stirring on the extraction efficiencies were analyzed during the extraction of PA6 chips. The kinetic extraction simulation was performed. The result showed that the extraction temperature was found to be the primary influential factor on the extraction efficiencies. The stirring had no much effect on the extraction efficiency. The kinetic parameters were increased with the extraction temperature. The higher the parameters were, the higher the extractables concentration was. The slope of the equilibrium line was exponential with the temperature. The kinetic simulation formula for PA6 extraction fit the experimental data well and can be used as a theoretical foundation for the design of commercial extraction columns based on the kinetic extraction expmeriments.
