基于CBR技术的喷丝板自动设计系统开发

摘要 对比分析了CBR技术以及基于规则的系统开发技术的特点,CBR技术更适合喷丝板自动设计系统开发,通过分析喷丝板分类的特点,采用类别样本模式事例库找到最佳方案,采用并行检索与加权检索结合的方法进行设计。通过设计线密度2 dtex三叶形涤纶FDY喷丝板证明,基于CBR的喷丝板自动设计系统适合于喷丝板的设计需要。 The features of CBR technique and system development technology based on rules were compared and analyzed. CBR technique was more suitable to the development of spinneret automatic design system. By analyzing the features of spinnerette sorting, the class sample-mode case library was adopted to decide the best solution system. The combination of parallel retrieval and weighted retrieval was used in the design. The spinnerette design for trilobal PET FDY with 2 dtex linear density proved that the spinnerette automatic design system based on CBR satisfied the demand of spinnerette design.
