摘要
通过对网络化制造中的合作对象的合作关系、合作过程和合作行为的分析,提出了适应网络化制造的一系列合作机制和原则,通过这些规则,便于系统对用户针对任务的活动进行规范和约束;提出了若干评价参数诸如饱和参数、难易参数、轻重参数等,用于定性和定量地描述和分析基于任务的合作行为;此外提出了合作活动的关系和流程以及合作对象的选择方法和过程。
through the discussion of cooperation relationship, cooperation behavior and cooperation process of the users, the cooperation mechanism and rules are presented. It aims at inducting and restricting the manufacturing task-based behavior procedure of users within the platform. A number of qualitative and quantitative parameters such as parameter-BH, parameter-NY, and parameter-QZ are defined and presented to evaluate the relationship between the manufacturing task and cooperation behavior. At the same time, the cooperation capability and its evaluative index such as reliability, coop-index, efficiency-index, initiative-index, betimes-index of the supplier are defined and analyzed to synthetically evaluate the cooperation procedure of users.
