摘要
圆锥滚子基准端面摆动是圆锥滚子轴承的一项重要质量指标。本文介绍的圆锥滚子端面摆动自动检测系统,采用多周期检测和数据融合处理方法,能够有效滤除采样中的各种干扰信号、提高端面摆动检测的准确性。该系统符合圆锥滚子轴承检测规程,可以实现圆锥滚子端面摆动自动检测和自动分拣。已经过实际应用验证并获得国家专利。
The large end face run-out of tapered roller is an important quality index for tapered roller bearing. This article introduces a kind of auto-measuring system for large end face run-out of tapered roller. It is based on more cycle measurement and data fusion that are very effective for eliminating. In this system, multi-cycle measuring and data fusion are applied to eliminating various disturbances during sampling effectively and improve measuring veracity. This system accords with the rule of measurement for tapered roller bearing and can actualize auto-measurement of large end face run-out and auto-sorting. It has been validated by practical application and obtained Chinese patent.
