南宋时期,词体渐尊,宋人开始有意识地编选词集选本,现存的综合性宋人选宋词选本共有五部。通过定量分析,归纳出五部词集选本在词作的主题内容上,具有共同一致的择取倾向,即以男女情爱、两性关系的恋情主题为主,并探讨造成这种一致现象的客观原因和主观原因,力图给出详细合理的阐释。
